I can’t get enough of the layered necklace look right now! The look in inspired by Dylanlex’s amazing statement pieces. Get the look at a fraction of the price by just layering a few cheap statement necklaces. H&M, Forever21, Urban Outfitters, and Buffalo Exchange, to name a few, all have great layering pieces at a nice price.

Summer is by far my favorite time of year, but fall is a close second. Not only is fall the prettiest season here in the midwest, but fall also offers the best fashions! Here is one of my favorite looks from this fall accompanied by one of fall’s best looks.
Moto sweatshirt: Zara, Moto jacket chain: Free People, Trousers: Zara, Loafers: Topshop
I’m so excited to start my endless summer, but also trying to make the most of the time I have left in my hometown. We picked our new hometown because of the climate. There’s really only 2 seasons in Tucson; 9 months of summer, and 3 months of fall. I love the hot summery days and the cool fall nights year round.
Our house in Tucson is finally starting to come together and I’m so happy with everything so far… it’s perfect! As much as I want to enjoy what little time I have left in Chicago, I just can’t wait to officially move into our dream home! I’ll post some photos of the new house soon!
These photos were taken on the Bloomington Trail, or the soon to be “606”. It’s an abandoned train line that runs from the far west side all the way downtown. The city has finally started on a project to turn the elevated line into a biking and walking path, and park… kinda like a less fancy version of New York City’s Highline.
hat: thrifted, bustier: American Apparel (studded by me), Kimono: Topshop dress cut and sewn into kimono, Shorts: TRF, Boots: Steve Madden with vintage concho boot straps, Accessories: Twin Arrows Etsy shop
The boot straps I found on an old pair of boots at a resale shop. I’m a sucker for anything southwest looking, so I fell in love with them because of the conchos on them. They have quickly become my favorite accessory because they look good on every single pair of black boots that I own. The make whatever boot I put them on look like an entirely new pair of boots!
